NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the non-tangible, digital nature of our products (Social Media Assets, Aged Accounts, and Digital Provisions), all sales are final. Once an asset has been delivered to your dashboard or email, it is considered "used," and we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

Strict Anti-Scam Rules:

• No 'Buyer's Remorse': We do not refund if you change your mind after purchase.

• Account Bans: Vantix Lab is not responsible for any bans or restrictions placed on assets by third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) after delivery due to the user's IP, proxy quality, or usage behavior.

• Replacement Only: If an asset is proven to be non-functional at the exact moment of delivery, we will provide a replacement of equal value. No monetary refunds will be issued.

• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any customer attempting a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from our infrastructure, and their data will be reported to anti-fraud databases.
