All orders are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout.

Delivery times vary by product:
- Social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.): within 1–24 hours (most orders are delivered within 2 hours).
- Boost services (views, likes, followers): as stated on the product page (typically 15 minutes to 72 hours).
- Tokens / software access: within 15 minutes.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by typos, spam filters, or full mailboxes.

If you do not receive your order within the maximum stated time, check your spam folder first, then contact us. We will verify and resend if necessary.

Once delivered, you have [X] hours to report any issue (wrong credentials, missing items, etc.). After that, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
